I don’t think the Mercer business model is what you suggest.
They disappeared out of the most recent top 20 notice which was dated before their last conversion.
Convertible note providers are generally not long holders, I would expect them to be gone off our register by years end.
They served their purpose and were well rewarded, win - win.
