I think You will find the reason they don't want to make a comment that it will be taken as a recommendation one way or another. It may not be legal to do so either. I've seen that method used often in other shares for sensitive information probably for the same reason.
In fact it's positive. Likely very much so. It will add significantly to the DFS NPV & IRR results.
