It all hinges on the Haul Road now. Any further major issues there that cause disruption, which seem likely, then this will be hammered to COVID lows. Is the plan to support the road base with concrete edging? Is that a stop gap measure vs standard practice?
We've all drive on enough highways to know that when a road surface starts to deteriorate it only becomes more of an inconvenience before it gets repaired correctly.
