    Schura/others,
all info comes from this BFC posts.
BFC pays $7.20kgms - 55.555c litre for milk.
    10 to 1 - off stream/posts. Think it's an industry standard fact.
With new lactoferrins plant operating BFC doesn't make whey but does extract cream and can make butter/AMF.
    BFC avoids publishing any specifics.
Roadshow doc quotes a few page 12 from memory. Doubt any will be achieved.
At $5.50kg sell to McCains BFC recovers milk cost ONLY. Apparent that McCains volume does not contribute to BFC overheads on numbers presented. Suggest overheads and profit - say $1kg. So real loss on MCains is approx $1kg X 3,600,000kgs.
Other key point is BFC has to take and process Milk - say 150m litres. Lactoferrins taken from all 150m but then milk has to be made into Mozzarella or Cheddar. From posts all BFC Cheese looks unprofitable.
    Hope this helps.
