I dont really think the announcement is as bad as everyone is suggesting. The significant dilution was already expected as were significantly deflated asset values and the 15 cent share price that was around previously was effectively factoring in the company falling over.

The other thin is that no one seems to have made any reference to the fact that the announcement identified the reclassification of the non core assets as the reason for this change.

Any thoughts on this fact?
