Lots of posters here with far more experience than me. Obviously the dual listing will be positive for the share price, supply and demand and already low SOI, and I am very happy that it will be happening earlier than anticipated. In terms of capital we will know more about cashflow when VUL report on the December quarter but I don't see them raising capital, yet. VUL have always raised capital at good prices and I think that the share price appreciation after the listing will provide opportunities in a few months. I do however think they will need a CR pre DFS.
