You can only lower ones average when the SP drops below the average price you bought your original parcels for.
Since the price hasn't touched single digits for a long time there would be no chance for LT holders to average down. That would be called averaging up mate which I'm sure the LT have been doing anyway.
I wish you would stop filling up this forum with your rubbish. Very frustrating.
