LOLOL Yeah my bad............ GFC..etc and the mkt is due for a meltdown... gotta happen soon..... free capital is what you will need if and when it happens. Once you have been through a couple, you realise how important it is .... Many of my friends..were wealthy but had to go back to work after the last rout. They thought they had a great retirement all figured out....admittedly, low interest rates have stuffed up things there as well.
Hence the importance of taking profits when they are there....I don't know how many millions I didn't take, over the years, and then watched sp go backwards and have to wait..... sometimes for years to get out..sometimes just had to take the loss after being up...Lessons,lessons,lessons...
