I mentioned those concerns here before, but am assured by the fundies that it will be different here. The guys here aren’t concerned about high interest rates because any loan amount will be paid back within 2 years and apparently the deal will be made with very little diluting effect. So in reality, it shouldn’t even be a hybrid finance solution, even though it was announced as such as you mentioned.
It will be interesting and so we wait another number of weeks to find out!
