Hi All, so my understanding is Wkt have engaged an investment bank to try and organise some sort of finance for them.
Will this be a hybrid debt type arrangement as flagged by WKT recently

this sort of sounds like a convertible note or something similar, if so my experiences are these are one of the worst forms of financing, you end up paying a high interest whilst its a "debt" before converting and then get massively diluted when the lender decides to convert to equity, usually at a very favourable "conversion" price.
Not sure about other forms of "Hybrid" debt financing, has anyone had positive experiences with any form of "Hybrid" debt financing?
Anyway, lets hope its not "Hybrid" debt financing, we really need the finance community to support graphite projects.
