My broker requires me to make a decision regarding the offer by the close of Australian trading day Monday 13th May (even though WCC/RNG's offer runs until the following Friday)

I ask you, therefore, to please release any information you have regarding alternative sources of funding for FSE before I make the decision to either accept or reject the RNG offer.

I don't feel it is fair that I should have to work in the dark on this.

Does the fact that this is now with the Takeover Panel mean that there will be no deadlines until they have deliberated and delivered their findings? What are the rules regarding takeover PAnels anyhow?
