I could not understand why the share price had halved during a real estate boom, with so many properties being built/ sold and with no significant adverse news IMO. Slowly it trended back up, but late this arvo, "Boom" a positive financials release has rocketed the price up and I see the share price returning once again to those lofty heights. Our demographic change to an older population profile means that many will want to cash in their own homes for a cheaper option and some money in the bank for the foreseeable future. This is a company in a growing industry don't forget that.
