As a long term holder I'm disappointed to say the least at managements latest blunder. But I can't help but ask "why now"? And how did Glaucus know more than shareholders? And apparently management for that matter. Something stinks.
Why can't QIN not sell their wood? Has demand dried up to zero? As for their oil, Galderma is still selling Benzac containing East Indian Sandalwood Oil. So where is Galderma sourcing said oil and why, if not buying QIN's EISO, do they still have a clause in the contract to resume purchases before 1 July?
As for the conjecture about loan covenants, why haven't we as shareholders been informed if the share price is material to the loan?
Can anyone shed some light?
