do you know if classic own the earth moving equipment needed to start production or is it assumed this gear will be leased using part of the remaining $2m from the spp?

def a move in the right direction but there hasn't been a lot of conversation around dirt movement. again, I might have missed it in earlier conversations so apologies if I have. long story short, I was just wondering if there will be a delay when the lease is approved or we will be able to kick in right away.
