My take is that they will wait until a preliminary of the phase three result. They will make an announcement. There will be a hype. Price goes up. Then the equity raising will be executed. Or speed up japan roll out then - then there is a hype then execute equity raising. Based on the pattern of their announcement - that is th e reason why they did not bite the equity financing at this point in time. DYOR
