I should clarify sorry, not manipulation of the data, but data mining leading to post-hoc small subgroup analysis to find anything thats statistically significant.
And as I already said, finding the effect may not be a problem, it's the size of the effect, the population that it applies to and if governments are willing to pay. It costs a lot of money to produce those stem cells, they need a lot in return to successfully commercialise. We are not talking about cheap drugs.....I just don't see it there for CHF, the effect needs to be dramatic. Some of the other pipelines could provide better commercial success but they are still years away.
