I agree the CHF market is huge, lucrative market, but probably not for what this treatment has shown. The problem is we are only looking at an extremely small subset within the market. You have to ask the question, who will pay big dollars for this population to receive not a miracle treatment that improves quality of life and life years, but a treatment that may confer some benefit from MACE. It would be different if we were talking a few thousand dollars for a drug, but we are not. No big pharma wants a part of it, they know the economics won't work.... It is hard to twist the story into a positive when they have all walked.
