Are you sure about that? Is Celgene no longer negotiating?
It is true that the treatment was most effective in the more damaged cardiac patients. But many of these will be able to have improvements to quality of life or be able to undertake surgery as a result of the treatment. I'm interested in what Japan offers, they seem more interested in saving lives. Also they are OK with going to market early.
