Really? Where has MSB let you down?
Does it say that CHF clinical trials have failed? It doesn't.
OK Teva has pulled out. We originally partnered with Cepahlon, Teva took them over.
Commercial decisions like such as this one might make sense to Teva company at the time, but it gives MSB a clear run to repartner without any financial overburden. I don't see how MSB has let you down. Go ahead though and react emotionally.
