this is the angle being taken by ASX imo. the ASX is extremely cautious when it comes to companies AT RISK of encountering expenses due to legal actions

imo its a gross overkill and could adversely impact the company credibility; but its what they've done before and will continue to do.

sure thing Ultra, a class action against ASX for damaging the company and our investment.... but ASX includes a heavy team of lawyers. got the picture?
