    It is not overkill. Foreign bribery is a serious federal crime. Corporate crime is also taken very seriously.

    The company lost all it's credibility 2 years ago when all of this came to light.

    And as far as the board and managements comments concerning the progress of AFP & ASIC investigations, they wouldn't have a clue.
    Charges will be laid. They are not going to be forwarned.
