    I'm saying the 10m is there.
    It sounds there are potential penalties/fines relating to China spillage, maybe fines in Aust or other such liabilities that could significantly diminish that cash before any potential revenues come in.
    And that no one wants to buy the business because of these potential liabilities.
    But I'm just guessing like everyone else now because we are completely in the dark.
