A simple no brainer would be POS / WES Joint Venture on gold JORC 1.2 MOz. POS put up 1.5 MTPA LJ Mill and WES put up gold reserve/resource.
Either seek bank finance on gold JORC, change equity % in favour of WES to fund start up and recoup from production over time. So many ways this could work !
