IMO, ASIC/ASX will be keenly aware of the possible witholding of $ sensitive information particuluarly when a Director has sold in the middle
of start-up. Reporting $ sensitive info is not a Suduku Puzzle; the company has to spit it our when it is happening; not leave it until te end of July's
quarterly report.
IMO, LNY should have reported its income from the announced sale of Gold due to the variables of grade/quantities & AU%age in dore.
Witholding this $ info engenders shareholders' mistrust, IMO.
