We need another way for Eshuys and partners to get out/retire, now this GOR takeover has seemingly got nowhere near 80%
This would be positive for the rest of us, as the structure of this GOR takeover proposal is symptomatic of how our company has been run for the last several years- as though it was the private plaything of a few big holders.
If we move on from the GOR takeover, I would like to see all DGO holders given agency in our company again, keep our assets, including 15% Hemi, in our own hands, give all holders the right to join in SPPs, the future is bright I believe.
