seriously, writing stuff like this on a public forum is not helpful, I am not saying it would ever get to an official but what is there to gain by using language like this?

They are 1 day late right now and having done business in Africa before I really dont see the problem, in a months time if its the same I might be a tad concerned. You sometimes have to wait its the way it is and barking at people often has the opposite effect.

I see GBE as asking for a meeting to clarify the process and where they are in that process not demanding answers.
