    Quite charitable of the LWP directors to choose not to continue with the litigation due to financial concerns over Volkovs ability to pay any damages. Of course it was nothing to do with the large holes in their case identified by LWPs own lawyers - they have done a bit of the leg work for the eventual class action though.
