I for one cannot understand how common criminals get run publicly listed companies in Australian without our agencies even looking into them.
The ASX and ASIC are in need of a total cleanout!! Both should be embarrassed about this whole saga with LWP. I have spoken with both lawyers and journalists and all have expressed dismay on the lack of action of the very obvious criminality going on with LWP!
I'm sure Konig , Corbin et al such have their day/days in court again soon!
