VVV had a good lawyer and spent $50k protecting what they already had received and because LWP had been so sloppy with their due diligence and transactions the LWP lawyers couldn't pin anything on them and VVV get their fees paid as well.
LWP lawyers probably ask SK for evidence of the due diligence and the second due diligence and the documentation and then when they think there is no case, they get sacked and when the next lot of lawyers say we can't win this either they get sacked too.
SK then to tells the market: We decided not to proceed with the case.
