ASIC's incompetence aside (they're hopeless, so no surprises there), the following part of the announcement is very interesting:
... have been delighted with the strong support for the IPO, with current indications of demand in excess of the maximum raising of $7 million. ...
I applied for extra Graphex IPO shares, but I doubt that majority of existing IXR shareholders participated in the priority offer and applied for that much extra shares. So if it will be really fully subscribed at $7M, that means that someone is putting a big money in the IPO. Who?
