I would hazard and guess that another steep ascent followed by a major sell-off will happen when the gridComm deal is actually signed. And that we will retrace to a "higher" low. I believe the current SP's ups and downs are due to the gridComm deal being announced (up) and that the initial date for signing was delayed (down). Then an update was sent out explaining the delay (up) and then yesterday's sell-off due to some fearing the worst (down).

I believe the next thing that will light the rocket under ODN post-acquisition is the very first revenue report or a new contract that will show a seamless integration. We know that these things don't happen overnight but I believe this will be the next level up in the ODN ladder.
