The law is not always easy to get a straight answer from a lawyer!!!
However, there are many examples of claims for losses due to changes in govt policy relating to exploration costs and govt fees such as environmental permits & reports, tenements expenses, etc. That could possibly be a minimum level for compensation for AEE to argue if thing turn out bad. No financial advice intended, just an opinion.
Plus, it is unlikely AEE can be "starved" of funds by delays with the Swedish govt. I got money from final settlement of HIH receivership process after 20 years!!!
