I have cash for optionality my friend. It served me well BEFORE the GFC and will serve me well again. When investors bail out only those with cash will be in a position to buy.
The cash was raised by selling assets somewhere near the top. I will buy them back at much lower prices. I also have dollar cost averaging strategies to make sure I will never miss any bottoms should conditions reverse and my thesis be flawed.
Don't you ever again, dare to project your superficial strategies and timing ideas to me.
