An ETF's job is to track an index, and you holding obscene levels of cash is financially suicidal - if undeployed - given how quickly inflation is eating purchasing power.
Markets are off 20% - a wise investor would deploy some of that to take advantage of lower prices and higher yields to keep up with inflation.
