    1000 oz/mth (fair) sp steady
    2000 oz/mth (good) sp rise
    3000 oz /mth (very good) sp momentum
    5000 oz /mth (great) sp trending right way
    6000 oz/mth excellent sp & very happy sh's

    if it hits 5k/mth its 60k a year which is a super result
