I also found the bit about replacing snr plant personnel as particularly interesting - shows they are not only looking at the plant and equipment but the personnel as well and will replace anything/anyone that isn't up to scratch..... as an investor, this definitely got a thumbs up from me.
And I also thought they provided a good level of detail about what caused the delays, pump breakdown, electrical faults, etc... and yes, showed that the hammer mill itself wasn't at the heart of it. And they also went on to demonstrate their future risk management of such issues.
