Maybe Hanlong stake will be 'transferred' to NDRC in lieu of payment; however, they want them to be worth the original 40c, not the current 21c. So my guess is something will be announced pretty soon to get China's existing stake back to full value at least.
An interesting fortnight ahead for sure!
