I’m invested here but these this is the second or third trial where the outcome hasn’t been as favourable because it has essentially been used incorrectly.
To me it should be simple- if you are running a trial this is how it’s used in the instructions.
Also a clear explanation of some of the factors that have impeded other trials.
There seems to be a communication issue and I feel like distribution agents are just slinging this to existing clients to try who then use it as they would a current product or deciding themselves how to administer it which is clouding the results.
