management need to grow a set of balls and learn how negations work. Tell DBC either take the deal or walk away. Give them the hard line so SGr can move forward with it without Brisbane casino.
Ballys isn’t doing itself any favours either. They knew exactly what they were getting into. Touting they will walk away if AUSTRAC fine is too much. No!. You can’t walk away all this information was well known before Ballys bailed out SGR.
Close the deal and move on.
