Not sure why you would need more synergies. Celgene itself is enough synergy and CHF is a highly lucrative application.
That's why it is at the front of clinical trials so it can power the rest of MSB's progress.
Distributors can be easily obtained, that's the least of it.
Agree totally that a split upfront fee with future royalties would make the contingency finance redundant.
It's plain as day but there are plenty of posters in here who either cannot see that or refuse to see it.
