Maybe a sheep or cattle farmer, they've got plenty of cleared paddock I believe they own the freehold title over. Selling the land might just cover some of the rehabilitation costs, or maybe recover 10% of the access road cost. It probably lists how many acres they hold in the annual report. But I doubt they'd sell the land if there's a chance of selling the whole project, owning the land was an original selling point they spruiked when merging with Cortona.
