12 million shares changing hands is still under $100,000 worth. Not hard to imagine a few people wanting to take a punt at picking the bottom for a quick 20-30%. imho it's not worth the risk. So many stocks have the same potential upside without all the downside and history of UML. If I wanted to roll the dice I'd head to the casino.

Easy to call for a change of management, much harder to force it. I don't think those guys are going anywhere until the music stops.
