couldn't agree more, typifies all small non-performing ASX companies - so long as the ASX recieves its listing fees and companies comply with reporting requirements it's fat and happy.
Really though it's up to shareholders to hold a company's feet to the fire and I can never understand why major shareholders just sit back and do nothing while so many inactive companies simply use up shareholder funds essentially on their own lifestyles.
Australian market is only a rump in world market scene anyway...
