@Melways, No directors are selling any stock. Re read the 3Y. Their holding increased.
They are accumulating more from the board fees which is paid in stock....Zero cash paid the BoD.
Don't let these trolls convince you otherwise.
INFACT, the chairman Rick, Rosey and DM all invested their own funds ( $50k-$100k ) at the last cap raise at 4.8c. Obviously they think the SP at 4.8c as attractive/cheap.
