That list of Top 20 is not of today. You most probably got that list from this website: https://www.marketindex.com.au/asx/4ds
If you click on the link "About the Data" on the Top 20 shareholders column, it says the data was supplied by Morningstar and accurate on 20 September 2017.

Also, if you look into Director Transactions table, you can see James Dorrian has acquired a further 6,880,630 shares on 2 separate occasions since 20 September 2017 with another off market transfer of 1,000,000 shares to his son as a gift on 28 March 2018.

So, James Dorrian's holding are 44,206,121 +6,880,630 -1,000,000= 50,086,751
I doubt very much he has sold any since.
