    We already know from their announcement last week that AUM as calculated in a market standard manner (ie. excluding debt and expected development profits) is only $2.5bn.

    The question is how much lower it will be once the valuation reviews are all complete? (Ignoring for the time being of course that AUM shouldn't be the main driver of valuation).
