    I was unnerved that it got this far, but relieve to see a sense of capital discipline inserted into proceedings. Very difficult for boards to walk away from deals being pursued.

    I suspect that the feedback DVR directors received from shareholders was not overly warm, which I like to think fed into the decision to pause.
