The Appendix 2A released today showed approx 17.9M shares were issued under the retail offer (see part 3A.2) and there remains about 122.3M shares shortfall, that the Directors reserve the right to issue these for up to 3 months after the closing date of the retail offer at a price no less than the retail offer (2.2a.2.1 of the App 2A release).
