Can somebody explain to me please how BMCG can accelerate the agreement, if undrawn up to $700,000 but if drawn.now reduced to $2150,000....to meet placement capacity, yet WKT are claiming that the funding is at the discretion of WKT.

I would have said" accelerate" in this case means "force"... Is this the case?

Does this mean that BMCG don't really like being the standby and negotiating agreements that may not happen, so they are retaining the right to be able to force a partial use of the facility.? ( if to their advantage)

I note the big suck up to BMCG at the end of the announcement.
