Not sure Panguna - usually insurers get out early if they are going to. To me the fact that they have settled early claims is a good sign that they will continue to do so.
I suppose something extraordinary might be found in discovery, that points to omissions or negligence that tge insurers then use to opt out - but you’d imagine an insurance company has done pretty thorough due diligence before it pays anything.
All a bit of a sideshow to me as while Envirostream seems sound, the rest of the companies efforts need a kick up the arse. The insurance provision ‘refund’ is just another wad for them to burn doing very little.
